Leisure Bear is pleased to welcome Pedro Morales as the new Office Assistant.
Pedro has been with Birtcher, Anderson & Davis for the past four years, supporting community and property operations. Prior to that, he spent 17 years as a Maintenance Manager, developing extensive hands-on experience in building systems, team leadership and resident support.
Pedro is HVAC certified and holds an Associate of Arts in Audio Engineering from the Musicians Institute, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico and a degree in Art and Performance from Berklee College of Music.
