Starting September 1, 2025, resident rent statements will be mailed directly to residents. To help ensure timely and accurate delivery, we kindly ask all residents to provide their PO Box address to Community Manager Heather Hadnot as soon as possible.

Heather will be going door to door on Wednesday, June 18, until 6:30 p.m. to collect this information. A notice and address form were included with the May rent statement — please complete the form and return it to the Leisure Bear Park Office.
